ABOUT RHONDA
My name is Rhonda Caldwell (nee Moulton) and I’m a realtor with Remax Realty Specialists Limited. Born and raised in St. John’s, moved to BC in my early 20’s and lived there for 9 years were I met my husband Ken. We moved home shortly after our daughter Jada was born and now reside in Paradise. It’s a decision I’ve never regretted, it’s great to be around my parents and brother, family and friends. I always say Newfoundland is Canada’s best kept secret. My first introduction to real estate was 20 something years ago with a locally owned and operated real estate company. Since that time I have moved around in my careers and have come back to my passion....people! I love meeting new people and helping them with one of the most important decisions in their life. I feel very fortunate to be part of their lives and beyond the business; I have developed some great friendships as well. I’m currently involved in our community with the Rotary Club Avalon Northeast and VON Meals on Wheels. My outside interests include travel, photography, scrapbooking & anything around nature, like camping and walking trails.
